You almost can feel her pain. "The Noise... It hurts..."
Since I do not know your FC, I must assume that she is trying to fight off her inner evil and seems to be losing.
The flair comming off the ground is well shaded and the dark aura seems to smoke off of her. Even the water seems to flow off the page as it rolls off her cheaks.
It's art like this that make me hate myself for nt being able to draw art.
